Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy
At vault media, all our products (ebooks, downloadable resources, and digital guides) are 100% digital. We do not package, ship, or deliver any physical items.
1. Digital Delivery Method & Instant Access
- Instant Access: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, a download link will be provided directly on the post-checkout order confirmation page.
- Email Delivery: In addition to the post-checkout screen, an automated confirmation email containing your direct download links or access instructions will be sent instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Fees
Because all orders are delivered electronically, there are zero shipping charges, handling fees, or physical taxes applied to your purchases at vault media.
3. Non-Receipt & Delivery Issues
If you have successfully completed your purchase but have not received your download link or delivery email within 10–15 minutes, please follow these steps:
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Occasionally, automated delivery emails are flagged by email provider spam filters.
- Verify Email Address: Ensure that the email address entered during checkout was accurate and spelled correctly.
4. Non-Delivery Claim Window
If you still cannot access your purchased digital files, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at contact@vaultmedia.store with your Order ID and payment transaction proof. Our support team will manually verify the payment logs and resend your download links promptly.
